These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bditrade.shop and any purchase you make from it. The Site
is operated by Tianjin Baodi Pinxin E-Commerce Firm (Sole Proprietorship), Baodi District, Tianjin, China. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a
parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current, and complete information
at checkout.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our handbags as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials, colour, and
hardware finish. Please note:
- Screen calibration differs between devices, so colour may vary slightly from the photographs.
- Leather is a natural material. Grain, veining, and tone vary between individual pieces; these
variations are a characteristic of genuine leather and not a defect. - Sizes are given in centimetres and are approximate. Allow for normal measurement tolerance.
We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors at any time, including after an order
is placed. If we cancel an order because of an error, we will refund you in full.
3. Prices, currency, and taxes
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude any import duties,
customs clearance charges, or local taxes levied at the destination, which are the buyer’s

4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation
and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock,
where payment cannot be authorised, where the order looks fraudulent, or where a pricing error has
occurred. If we cancel, we refund any amount already paid.
5. Payment
Payment is taken through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm
you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your full card details. All payments
are subject to the provider’s own terms and to fraud screening.
6. Shipping, risk, and title
Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk
in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal
strikes, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of
these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, product images, layout, logos, and the
BDISHOP name — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and
other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes
without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping
content at scale, introducing malicious code, or placing orders in bad faith.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order
is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential losses, including loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict
of law rules. The courts of Tianjin, China have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer
protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order
applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
